Mitsubishi EA series machines are the large size Sinker EDM machines with the new M700 controller with 15” touch screen and high speed FP120V type energy saving power supply. Machining speed increased by around two times when machining with a graphite electrode and while machining carbide.
High speed and stable machining is realized for the machining with a complex and complicated electrode. The Intelligent Digital Power Master (IDPM) is the key to the special performance attributes of the EA-S. The addition of the new SS Jump 5 optimizes jump up acceleration control to stabilize high-speed burning.
With new features that will advance EDM machining, the EA series is truly a revolution in large sized Sinker EDM technology.
